Become a Skilled Training Practitioner
Whether you are preparing to be a professional trainer, or you are someone who does a bit of training as a part of their job, you’ll want to be prepared for the training that you do. You will begin the process of seeing through the lens of a professional trainer, and understand that training is a process where skills, knowledge, and attitudes are shared and applied.
The Facilitation Skills course will give you an understanding of what facilitation is all about, as well as some tools that you can use to facilitate small meetings. A strong understating of how a facilitator can command a room and dictate the pace of a meeting will have your participants on the road to becoming great facilitators themselves.
